1. Acceptance of Terms By hiring Black Kangaroo, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Services Provided Black Kangaroo provides a range of handyman services, including but not limited to:

• Carpentry

• Painting

• Gardening & Pressure Cleaning

• Furniture Assembly

• Rubbish Removal

• Smart Home Installations

• Gutter Cleaning

3. Service Fees

• Project-Based Fees: Fees for project-based work will be determined on a case-by-case basis and agreed upon in writing before work commences.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the work, within 7 Days.

• Minimum Fee: Minimum Charge 1 Hour

4. Client Responsibilities

• Access: The client must provide safe and unrestricted access to the work area.

• Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses.

• Materials: Black Kangaroo is responsible for providing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Limitation of Liability Black Kangaroo will use reasonable care and skill in performing the services. However, Black Kangaroo is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from the services provided.

6. Indemnification The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Black Kangaroo from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client's actions or omissions.

7. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice.

8. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of.

9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation arbitration.
